Introduction to Mindfulness: Learn the basics and explore how to be present using the five senses with the P.A.W.S. method (Pay Attention With Your Senses).

Grounding Tools: Techniques for staying grounded and present in the moment.

Mindful Moments for All Ages: Encourage both youth and adults to integrate mindfulness into daily activities through "Pocket to Pause" & "Pocket of Peace" practices.

Slowing Down: Use mindful pauses to counteract the rush of modern life, fostering a sense of calm.

"Where Are You?" GPS Practice: Helps participants pinpoint both their mental state and physical sensations, improving emotional awareness and literacy.
