We're absolutely thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of our beloved event, Farm to Table in The Stable at Patch.

Our sold-out inaugural gathering was an undeniable triumph, as you all joined together to “Buy A Meal & Build a Forest”, embarking on a culinary adventure that left a lasting impression on all who attended.

With opening remarks by District 8 Commissioner Danielle Cohen Higgins and the breathtaking floral arrangements masterfully created by Patch’s very own Sanctuary Director Randall Quirk, the memories of that evening are still warm in our hearts.

The overwhelming success has inspired us to stage yet another unforgettable night.

Imagine a magical evening, surrounded by horses under a soft sunset, indulging in a delectable plant-based meal sourced exclusively from Redland; featuring a variety of vibrant greens, crisp veggies, and unexpected plant-based mushroom delights.

Dine at a grand 100-foot table tucked within our stable, in the company of our majestic full-blooded Friesan horses and the rare, enchanting Gypsy Vanners horses.

Your VIP experience will commence with a refreshing, sparkling Prosecco and succulent lychee fruit, setting the tone for your journey through our tranquil Zen Garden, serene Pool of Stillness, and the transcendent Buddha Boulevard.

As the day fades into a Western sunset, find yourself at the edge of the Lotus Lagoon and our ancient forest, home to our 123-year-old Castellow Hammock.

As we embark on an exciting new chapter at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary, our vision is to double its size. We warmly invite you to become a Friend of the Forest and help us bring this vision to life.

Together, we can sow the seeds and cultivate the trees that will form the foundation of the New Patch of Heaven Sanctuary.

Why are we doing this?

Because we are reversing the trend of Redland agricultural land to be used for development. We are dreaming BIG to be the ONLY project which seeks to acquire 20 more acres, double our size and RETURN IT TO NATURE! 

The bold vision is NOT to pave paradise but deepen our commitment to reconnect Human Nature & Mother Nature, through mindful environmental awareness, for the benefit of both. (we did this with 10 acres just 15 years ago and regenerated an entire forest).

Chef Patrick Beaulieu
Chef Patrick Beaulieu, the esteemed founder of Mr. Jacques Catering, brings to the table a treasure trove of culinary expertise and a reputation for innovative, high-quality catering services. His commitment to sourcing the freshest ingredients and adapting to clients' dietary restrictions while maintaining competitive market prices has set a distinguished standard in the industry.

Chef Beaulieu’s culinary journey began at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel Miami, where he honed his skills as an Assistant Banquet Chef. His talent for creating unique menu ideas was recognized, leading to his promotion as the private chef for the Oak Room.

He further expanded his culinary repertoire at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, where he mastered various roles, including Garde Manger, Saucier, and Chef for private functions. His culinary prowess was further polished under the mentorship of Pascal Oudin at Pascal's on Ponce, a restaurant renowned for its French contemporary cuisine.

Chef Beaulieu's career reflects a lifetime of lessons, transitioning from hotels and restaurants to the personalized catering service that Mr. Jacques is renowned for today. The kitchen has been his battlefield, and the many cuts, burns, and forgotten recipes have shaped his storied career. With over 30 years in the culinary field, Chef Beaulieu has experienced many facets of the industry, remaining committed to crafting flavorful, high-quality, and creative culinary experiences.

Meet Our Team of Lion Chefs
Our Chef Team is deeply dedicated to “Food as Medicine” from a variety of angles. 

Starting with Lead Chef Ricardo Lopez, whose expertise opened The Shore Club, where he worked with chefs Nobu and Ago for years, then developed concept restaurants for The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne; he’s now Director of Horticulture at Lion Fruit Farms in the Redland. 

Chef Cynthia Om’s two decades in the health movement believes that a Happy Gut = Happy Life; she’s had a vegan restaurant and been a private chef for high end clientele for years, along with her gifts as a detox specialist, health coach, vegan and raw chef.

Radhika Chouhan is a chef and entrepreneur with degrees from Babson College and Institute of Culinary Education. Most recently she worked with top chefs at Olmsted restaurant and Paisley in NYC. She is currently hosting Indian food supper clubs using local ingredients at her home in Miami.

Rounding out the evening’s taste delights is Mr. Lou, founder of Green Garden Organics; part philosopher, part ancient medicine man, a licensed nutritionist, whose family has intergenerational farming from the Dominican Republic to Jamaica to the Bahamas, he’s focused on alleviating your afflictions with organic medicine and essential energies from the Earth.
